Protecting its people...or Genocide!

As per an AP report, 13 Israelis have died out of which 3 are civilians; whereas over 820 Palestinians out of which (according to Israeli Military) 300 were armed Palestinian fighters.

LOOKS LIKE HAMAS WITH THEIR CRUDE HOMEMADE ROCKETS ARE MORE ACCURATE IN THEIR ATTACKS THAN THE IDF WITH THEIR US MADE F-16s AND ABRAHAM TANKS!!!

Basically in the Hamas (and other affliated militia groups) attacks, about 80% of the casualities were military targets, whereas only 36.6 of those killed in the Israeli attacks were militia men! And US has unconditionally extended its support to Israeli attacks (calling it their right) while condemning Hamas attacks. So much for controlling terrorism and winning the hearts and minds on the Muslim streets!

There is a huge propaganda effort launched by Israel, saying that Hamas initiated the current hostilities (parroted by the US government) but they tend to forget that the current hostilities started when Israel refused to lift a criminal and genocidal blockade against the civilians in Gaza inspite of a ceasefire annouced by Hamas.

What Israel has done in Gaza is nothing short of Genocide but the US Government led by the George Bush's White House and the Congress, led by Nancy Pelosi, refuse to even acknowledge the pathetic living condition of the Palestinians (see previous post). How do you think the US will be able to win over the Arab and Muslim hearts and minds which is an essential part of winning the 'war on terror'?

By their current approach, the White House and the Congress, have further endagered the lives of the brave soldiers of this country serving so valiantly in Iraq and Afghanistan by further alienating US from the population out there, projecting US as a heavily biased bully who will stand by the zionist regime of Israel as an equal partner in all the attrocities it has commited.
